Add "remove settings/preferences" checkbox in uninstall wizard
As requested at https://musescore.org/en/node/88706
Use case: When users bump into issues with MuseScore which they can't seem to fix, one of the typical reactions is to uninstall MuseScore and install it again. This action is driven by the idea that MuseScore would be reverted to factory settings. But uninstalling MuseScore does not wipe out the preferences/settings, so to their surprise if the problem is linked to the settings/preferences, it will still be there. One of these common issue is the disappeared not input toolbar: https://musescore.org/en/node/84486

Another concrete case which came in via email to support the need for this:
"This past weekend, I did have a major problem with the app - it became corrupted. The play panel could not be made visible, and it could not be reinstalled using a normal install procedure, without the bug showing up in the newly installed application. I don't know what caused the first application to become corrupted, but reinstalling was no simple task. I've outlined the steps I went through, in the attached document."

Confusingly, the link in comment #2 is a link to a forum topic, not actually an issue in the tracker. Be that as it may, someone was asking where the revert button was: https://musescore.org/en/node/5546#comment-424481
So I managed to confuse you ;-)
@jojo Oh you bad character ;)
It was cleverly done, I'll say that. ;-)
This issue will be less relevant after the implementation of #96766: Add a way to reset to factory settings from the UI
Came up again in connection with https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2752, which in turn stems from #119376: unify save/restore window positions and the desire to have this for 2.0.4 too
