Dynamics position in text style ignored

1. enter two notes
2. enter a dynamic on first note
3. edit text style, dynamics: change the Y parameter
4. enter dynamic on the second note
Result in 1.0: new Y parameter ignored; dynamics on the two notes are in the same vertical position
Trunk result: fixed

Handling of text properties is one of the most problematic areas of 1.0 in my experience. The redesigned text handling in the trunk is MUCH better. Rather than trying to fix the bugs in 1.0, I wonder if the text stuff in the trunk could be ported into the 1.0 branch?
