Resetting master effects in synthesiser
I changed master effects in synthesiser and accidentally clicked "set as default".
Can anybody tell me how to reset master effects to standart default value?

slightly move a cursor to activate the buttons;
Try pressing "Load Default"

Thank you! But I don't agree.
First of all when I just move cursor - nothing changes. I can activate buttons only when I change some parameters/effects.
Then when I press LoadDefault my wront settings, which I want to reset, are loaded - not the original MuseScore settings.

No it doesn't work!

your executable shouldn't have the 2 in its name!
Alternatively, as reset to factory does much more than just clearing the synthesizer settings, you can go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\MuseScore\MuseScore2 while MuseScore is closed and remove synthesizer.xml
Then restart MuseScore, which now should've loaded the factory defaults for the synth again.

"MuseScore2" - it was a typo in message. But it does not change the result.
I set Delay=100 and Output=Wet and saved settings as default. Then
MuseScore.exe -F
doesn't clear synthesizer settings. Is this error in program?
And trick with xml works, thank you!
