If the Philharmonia Orchestra samples are available as a SoundFont library, then yes: https://musescore.org/en/node/36171
The philharmonia samples have already been assessed, and, sadly, found wanting.
This is largely due to the lo-fi MP3 compression applied to the samples which introduces artifacts, particularly in the HIgh EQ band.
