I guess this is good. But I'm not sure the change was worth the effort, and there are a lot of other places in the Handbook where "or" is used as the standard.

I'm not sure it's that obvious.

Is there a reason you removed the "or"s?

Why the title change?

It does not depend on your location, i.e. where you currently are, but on the localization, i.e. the 'locale' settings of your Computer and/or account on that computer.
