Project
Simplified case from the one reported in https://musescore.org/en/node/308690
1) default empty score
2) add end repeat to bar 1
3) play from beginning - result is as expected
4) switch to continuous view
5) play
Result: repeat is not taken. And repeat playback remains broken upon switching back to page view.
Fix version
3.5.1

3.4, not only 3.5?
Correct, sorry. I think the issue was introduced post-RC - see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/6286.
I get the same bug in Single Page View when the “Pan score automatically“ button is pressed.

This should fix it (at least the part related to continuous view).
Repeats and jumps in all scores that were saved in previous versions are completely ignored now in all views, not just in continuous view. Very bad.

After entering continuous view or in general?
What I believe you will find is that while the problem occurs when entering continuous view and remains after switching to page view, you can at least fix it in page view by toggling the repeats button off then back on.

If a score was saved in continuous view then all repeats and jumps are not working from the beginning. If it was saved in another view then they work until you switch to continuous view. After that they don't work even if you return to the initial view.
Right, but did you try what I said - toggling repeats off then on again while in page view? It should be a good workaround for now.

Yes, after the toggling repeats and jumps work.
Workaround: toggling repeats off then on again while in page view

Can confirm, same thing happens to me.
This workaround works.

still a regression.
We are using scores over Zoom to play in our Recorder Ensemble. This has really upset us, and we hope it can be fixed soon.
Thanks. Works properly in page view.

Just FYI: I know repeats suppose to be fixed in 3.5.1, but I just want to let you know that repeats MORE than 1 do not work in page view either. Ex. You have repeats 1.2.3., then it supposed to go to the second Volta for repeat 4. It will only repeat once, then the music ends. It never goes to the second volta. Oddly, if you have only one repeat, it repeats then it DOES go to the second volta.
This is on the latest 3.5 nightly build.

I'd bet the play count has not been changed from 2 (the default) to 4

Yes, I changed the repeat count in the inspector. Had to look up in the handbook how to do it, but I did change the repeat count.
