Adding Time Signature at Clef change ignores new clef while still showing it
1) Open attached score:
2) Add a 2/4 time signature at the change to treble clef.
The treble clef is now ignored. Notes look and playback as if the base clef was still in effect.
3) Undo (CTRL-Z):

Workaround, BTW, is to re-add the clef.
