Hello everyone. Im surprised that I'm the first who found this ... bug??
The problem still exists in Musescore 2.0.2 and 2.0.3:

Create a score, add 4 quarter notes
Enter repitch mode and enter new pitches - with MIDI-keyboard or "screen-piano".

Expected result: the notes should sound
Actual result: no sound. The notes sound only when you use the computer keyboard.

Confirmed, at least regarding the built in PIano Keyboard. BTW, mouse works as well. I suspect that computer keyboard and mouse probably account for 99% of the notes input in MuseScore, and repitch mode isn't as well known as it could be, so that's probably why no one noticed this until now. Congrats on being the first :-)
