How to display the instruments' names in blue at anytime on the left
I would like to see the names of the instruments in blue on the left at any time in the score, like in the image attached. I found them in a score that I downloaded but I don't know how to make them appear in my scores.

Mine isn't showing up though. Do you know how to fix that. Like the instruments names aren't displaying.
