I want to delete multiple rests at once with Ctrl + Delete
Scores converted from PDF may have too many beats.
It is convenient if you can delete them all at once.

You can select multiple rests. However, Ctrl + Delete does not work in that state.

A voice 1 rest can only be deleted by removing that part of the measure from the score as well

Voice 1 rests cannot be deleted with Delete.
However, you can delete it with Ctrl + Delete. The number of beats in the measure is reduced.
It is convenient if you can operate multiple selected rests at once.

In your picture: imagine it's a calculation table, what would happen if we deleted some columns?
Wouldn't we lose the data contained in the cells?

I'm not good at English so I may not understand your comment exactly.
I want to change (A) to (B).
It is possible to delete rests one by one with Ctrl+Delete.
It would be nice if I could select all and then press Ctrl+Delete to delete them.

Ctrl+Del them one by one. That is the only option, you can't Ctrl+Del a list selection.
But indeed this seems a valid feature request.

The main issue I can see with implementing this is, what is the list contains rests that are in the same measure, on different staves? Depending on how things line up, removing a rest on one staff may leave the rest on the other staff unaffected, or it may delete it entirely, or it may change its duration. So we'd have to be very careful how we handled this. It's unfortunately probably not feasible to check each rest "are you still valid" as we go, because already-deleted rests don't know they've been deleted, and just asking the question is likely to produce a crash.
