Keep only "Ped" part of pedal line.

The line is invisible (IIRC), the stop pedal sign is that end text, just remove it
But see #288962: Score display does not respond to unchecking of "Begin/Continue/End text" boxes
Or just use the standalone Ped symbol

In the master palette's symbols palette (I though I had it seen in a 'regular' palette, apparently not)
