Toolbar dissapearance
I know this will sound kind of stupid, but I accidentally deleted the toolbar at the top of the page that has the zoom buttons and undo button. Please help?

I think you have moved the tool bar to the right of the missing ones over.
right click on the Tool bar definer immediately to the left of the "enable sound while recording" icon and move it to the right. The missing tool icons should appear.
Right click the top of the MuseScore window.
You should see a dialogue box come up enabling you to switch the various tool bars on and off.
Check the box next to File Operations.
The toolbar should reappear.

Toolbars are not palettes....
True. That's why the solution above (re: toolbars) did not work for Breanna...
...and so your answer below:
"Press F9 or use View → Palettes"
worked for Breanna, because it was 'palettes'.

Use the Menu View and click the word Palettes. Note that next to Palettes is the shortcut assigned to this for your menu. I expect it will be something like cmd+F9 or fn+F9.
I accidentally deleted the toolbar on the left, someone help, please?

If you mean the palettes on the left...
See:

and look for:
"To view or hide the palettes"
