Cmd + Del not working for removing measure on Mac
I am having trouble removing an empty measure in my project even though I think I am doing it according to the instructions.

Select the measure and use the menu Tools->Remove Selected Range and make note of the shortcut listed to the right of the menu item.

i have had the experience that it often doesn't work (nor does the menu item). Closing and reopening the score fixes it, so it is impossible to post a score that exhibits the behavior.

I didn't realize the menu ceased working as well but it does seem an unusually large number of Mac users have reported this. I have to keep that in mind.

I'm not able to characterize the circumstances in which it fails. Certainly not all the time.

See #307428: Cannot remove selected range after right-click of non-range. This particular case was a regression introduced in 3.5 Alpha, it is fixed for the actual 3.5 release. Not sure if that will turn out to explain all such cases, as I certainly saw reports of it before 3.5 alpha as well. But, I think the change that actually triggered the regression was fixing something else that could also have possibly explained this sometimes - see #304612: In context menus, "Remove Selected Measures" uses wrong string and does not show shortcut, and/or does not appear.
Command Delete works fine here under MuseScore 3.5.028145 (MacOS 10.13)
When I have one or more measures selected I can delete by:
• Command delete (backspace)
• Forward delete - OR - Command forward delete
• Right click (Control-Click> Delete
• Tools>Remove selected Range (associated keystroke is listed in the menu as Command Forward delete)

Failures are erratic and unpredictable.
