Feature Request: Measure Numbers on Bottom Stave Only
Though this isn't of critical importance, I feel adding this feature would help continue improving Musescore's workflow and appearance.
In many "contemporary" scores, a formatting style is used where the score has its measure numbers centred below the lowest stave in a large, bolded font (sometimes framed). This style is the standard taught at Berklee for Contemporary Writing and seems fairly prevalent in projects based around Los Angeles (specifically film scores).
Currently, this formatting style requires the user to select for measure numbers to appear in all systems/staves, then make the measure numbers in all staves aside from the lowest stave invisible. I wonder if there could be an option under the Measure Numbers pane of the Style settings for having Measure Numbers in the bottom stave only.
The main pro I can see with this feature is a quicker workflow and a cleaner editing interface from the absence of the invisible upper stave measure numbers we currently have. In a more specific instance, if this formatting style was used alongside hiding empty measures, users currently have to be much more involved in making sure the "bottom stave" is visible/invisible and properly formatted as it may jump between instruments.

Thanks, I tried searching the feature requests but didn't see anything in that section.
