I have a piece of harmony set out as a piano piece. I want each of the 4 voices on its own stave.
1. I change to continuous view
2. I go to "I"nstruments
3. I add 4 new voices, Tenor, Tenor, Baritone, Bass.
4. I click "Ordering" and change "Custom" to "Choir"
5. I click OK and sometimes MuseScore fails and sometimes it doesn't. I guess it's about 50/50.
Not a game stopper but it's annoting and I thought you should know.
Using Win10 Pro

try updating to 3.6.1 (or wait another day or so and go to 3.6.2 then)

OK, I'll wait for 3.6.2 as it's hardly a matter of life or death.
Thanks for the suggestion. I hadn't realised there had been update to 3.6,0 as the software always said I had the latest version.
3.6.1 has never been made available for autoupdate, probably knowing that 3.6.2 would follow quickly

I have updated to the latest version and have used this technique about 50 times without a single failure. It would appear Whatever was causing the problem has been resolved so I suggest this issue gets closed.
Many thanks for everyone's help
