Practice sheets for a music class
Hi I was wondering if there is a way to delete the rests for voice one so that I can have a blank sheet to work with. I want to print off a grand staff and have my students fill in chords on paper. I'd like to be able to get rid of the rests if possible. Attached is what I'm printing off at the moment. In our setting, we deal primarily in shaped notes.

You can't delete them but you can make them invisible. Right-click, Select all similar, V.
You can't delete rests in voice 1, but you can make them invisible with keyboard shortcut v.

Then: View->uncheck "Show invisible".

Does that matter for printing, though? I tried leaving it checked and exported to a PDF and I don't see the rests.

Obviously not, but it can be useful for him to take this into account if he has just started using MsS.
Thanks for the comments guys! That was the tip I was looking for. It worked perfectly to make them invisible for printing. I've been around MuseScore since 1.1 but haven't learned all the tricks to make a really nice looking score. So I might be back. Again thanks for the help.
