It happens with all files, new and old. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. The software worked fine last night but today it freezes no matter what I do. What more do I need to tell you for you to help?

What has changed between yesterday (working) and today (not working).Some OS updates?
Which Operating system anyway, Windows 10? If so the latest patch day changes are the likely culprit here... these are known to cause issues, esp. one of them and with certain printers

It looks as though Windows has done a lot during the last 24hrs. The question is, why is it only Musescore 3 that now has a problem. Are you able to help here?
Well, one thing these logs show is that it is not only MuseScore, but also Bonjour and Audacity
Whatever changed on your system during those last 24 hours needs to get fixed or reverted
