No text antialiasing
I'm on Musescore 3.6.2, on macOS 10.15.7, and text antialiasing just doesn't work in the score. All the notes, slurs, etc. look great, but the text is pretty much unreadable while zoomed out. The attached screenshot is at 278% zoom, so it's decently legible, but still looks horrible. Instrument names are strange, since they have the bug about half the time, and are fine about half the time, even in the same file.
The bug is still there on one of the latest Musescore 3 nightly builds, but is not there on the Musescore 4 builds or on Musescore 3.2.
I'm on a late 2012 Mac Mini, i7 processor, if that helps.

Try switching it off and on again, does it help?

No change, and yes, it's in 3.6.2 as well as recent nightlies

Sample score?
Which font(s)?

Well, I'm working with copyrighted music atm, so I don't think I can really share the score, but it looks completely fine on my laptop. I'm using Leland and Edwin, but the same thing happens regardless of font

You can delete all but a few measures and share that, but if you're seeing this with Edwin, probably the score itself isn't the issue. Something in your graphics driver isn't getting along with the rendering libraries we use I guess. You might want to do some research in your particular graphic driver and see what options it might provide (or which of them your OS supports, anyhow).
