3/4 measure changes when inputting notes
I am learning how to use Musescore and run into problems.
The piece is in 3/4 measure. when I try to input a 1/8 rest and 5 notes of 1/8 the measure stops being 3/4 notes and in stead only will hold 2/4 notes.
How is that possible?

I input through my keybord. In the blue lined measures I did:
N 4D 5B 4B D B

That's not the score, just a picture of it.
But in this case that might be enpugh: see the little minus sign above the measure?
It indicates that this measure is shorter than the time signature tells.
Check the measure's properties (right-click into it), to see and change the actual duration
Same for measure 10 BTW

I can only guess: you might have selected a quarter rest and pressed Ctrl+Del?
No idea though how and why measure 10 got messed up too
