Wrong tone after bend in playback
As per the attached example, the two circled tone are played back in wrong pitch. The first one should be a G# but an A# is played, the second one should be a B but a C# is played. It seems that this happens after the note that is bent is in a tied with a previous note, could this be relevant? And what can I do about it?

Unrelated question: what is that H supposed to be? Seems you entered it as a Chord symbol, but it realy isn't, right?

That's fine, but then better use staff text rather than Chord Symbols (H is B in German, with the German B being Bflat)

Yes, just like here in Sweden. Thank you very much for the input, I'll look into staff text (beginner).
This bug occurs when the note is tied with the previous note and a bend is used on it. // remove the ties in your example, no bug will occur.
This is an unresolved old bug. #268881: Bends: Pitch falls for no apparent reason
There was an attempt to fix it, but it made things worse. Then that fix was rolled back. Because all the next notes that follow were playing half / quarter tone up, and of course it is not desirable. see: https://musescore.org/en/node/289427#comment-920123
