Cannot unmute 4 bars of notes
My Chopin Prelude no 4 on musescore.com has been updated from MS 2.2. to MS 3.6 but I realise now from comments online that notes in measures 10-16 are muted. I cannot see how to unmute the notes in these bars.

I still have the mscz file from April 2018 from when I last updated the piece to MS 2.2 Prélude_in_E_Minor_2.2.mscz
The problem does not appear when opening the older file in MS 2.3.2
So what has happened when opening this file in MS 3.6.2 to stop those notes from playing back?
So far I can restore the playback only by exporting as MusicXML and reimporting but hoped for a quick solution while editing the original file in MS 3.6.2

Check that 3rd hairpin in measure 9, it has a velocity change of 49, which basically mutes that staff, comming from a p in measure one with a velocity setting of 49
