i need a little help with rests
Hi I am in the middle of writing a score but have come across a hitch. I want to put a rest at the beginning of a bar that looks like a "7".
I know i have done this before but for the life of me i can't remember, hoping one of you will jog my memory please.

I can relate to your memory situation! I have just received the
"MuseScore 4" programme and I make notes of all the shortcuts
and how to perform tasks. You could make a little cheat sheet
and write down the rests and the notes they represent and any
other information you might need. Happy hunting!

I don't need any help with rests. I can manage them just fine in my office chair (or just about anywhere else, for that matter). I need help with the staying awake part :-D
