Rearrange staffs
I would like to change the order of the staffs but I have not been able to find a way to do this. Is this possible?

Sure: Create → Instruments... (Add → Instruments... in 2.0 Beta 2), there you can move staves up and down to your heart's content
Press "i". It will bring up the window.

Thanks everybody. I'm also trying to change order of staves. Got a menu when I clicked "i" (thanks, never would have guessed that), but there's no "create" in it -it has a drop down of instruments, and another of staves, but no way I've found yet to change their order. More clues?

BTW, in the current version of MuseScore (2.0.3), the menu item is Edit / Instruments. So browsing the menus would have shown you that. Shortcuts are meant to make things easier, but indeed, normally there is a way to do everything via a menu or a palette or some other more easily discoverable method. And of course there is also the manual...

Change to a custom order first

You don't need to change to a custom order explicitly - the moment you click one of the arrow buttons, the ordering becomes custom autoamtically.

Please note that the arrows have moved and are now displayed at the right side in the instruments panel (not in the center section).
