Set up grand staff for specialist compositional technique

Hello,
I was wondering if its atall possible to set up in musescore, the grand staff with at start letter if alphabet associated with individual lines of staff (A being lowest notes and Z being highest). It's a type of composition I've been experimenting with but hit a wall when doing so on computer, I HAVE to it old school way (notation paper).
