Hey mate,
I saw we posted basically the same question. If I find out, will you let me know (and vice versa) - I'm struggling.

No tutorial (or instructions in the handbook), simply because there is not yet automatic way to input Hammers On and Pulls Off
See the very former feature request (containing workarounds) : #16262: Slurs: integrate a text option to enable annotations for hammer ons (e.g. H) and pull offs (e.g. P)
(for the slide: use a glissando, in "Lines" palette, and edit the text (in Inspector) 'slide' or 'sl.' instead of 'gliss.')
When the text change done, drag and drop this "new" symbol in a palette for reuse)
