Changing time signature in middle of page
I have created some examples that are in 4/4 but then I want to change to 3/4 at bar 15 on the first page of the attached. I've dragged the new time signature to bar 15 but it will not work. I've managed to change each bar to 3/4 by changing each bar individually under bar properties but I still can't get the new time signature. Please could someone help me out here? Thank you.

The secret is that for the next section you'd first need to explicitly apply a 4/4 to not screw up all the measures there
Also I've used more section breaks, in place of system breaks, to prevent courtesy key- and time sigs to show
