Cue notes in part wrongly appearing in score
I have created a four part score and extracted the parts from it. I am now going back to add cue notes to the individual parts. E.g. Violin II cue on Viola part. However, I find that the four-part score now shows those cue notes (full size) in the Viola line. It shouldn't!
I have tried adding change-of-instrument text to the cue in the viola part, but this doesn't seem to help.
A work-around seems to be to make the cue notes now appearing in the four-part score invisible, but I'm sure I shouldn't need to do this.

For now, that's how to do it. We don't have any way currently to mark notes as being for score only or for parts only. it's a common request, hopefully some day it will be implemented.

It looks like with actual versiion 3.6. 2 (Aug 2021) it is still the same, correct?
I'm just wondering, because there is a How-to indicating two approaches, one for only adding cue notes to imstrument part only:

Correct, it is still the case that no one has produced a new design for a feature that would allow cue notes to be added in a part but not in the score. Once such a design is proposed and agreed upon and finalized, then implementation work could begin on it.

No, it's still something we'd all like to see, including the head designer, so I have little doubt we'll it at some point. But no work is taking place yet.
