Major 2nd?

I've been using this app for awhile and it's great. One thing that I want to ask you about, how can I apply this double notes (is it major 2nd?) ?

You also show a chord in a single voice in the next measure. It is quite acceptable to similarly notate the major 2nd as a chord like this:
But if you have a reason to have the stems to pointing in opposite directions then voices is the way to go.
