I subscribed to Musescore purely so that I can use the transposition function and the mixer function. Both functions require the mobile app (android) and are not available on the Web portal.
Practising with 2 bars of music displayed per page is impossible and makes your services not usable. So I beg it differ, it is a blocker and a critical part to the normal functioning of your PAID services.
I have messaged the developer contact stated on the android app store but nothing has been said or done in the past few days.
The mixer on the app does not work with my compositions. This greatly impedes practice by members of my chorus. Does anybody know a fix for this? We are using the free version of the app.

If by "app" you mean the mobile apps for iOS or Android, this it the wrong place.
It isn't a blocker, not prevening the use per se, not critical, no crash, hang or corruption

Transposing and a mixer are (working) parts of the free MuseScore editor for Windows, Mac and Linux. Only this is being dealt with here.

There's no non-free version of the MuseScore editor
