"Font Face" in "Preferences" doesn't stay the way I put it.
Hi, when I go to "Preferences" and change the "Font Face" from Edwin to a different one and save it, I still find the Font Face to remain on Edwin when starting in a new score, even though I'd changed it.
Is this a bug?

I don't see such a setting in Preferences. Where exactly do you see it?
Using Edit > Preferences > Appearance > Font face will change the user interface font. (For example, the font of palette names.)
If you want font changes within a score, use Format > Style > Score, or Format > Style > Text Styles

The setting there will only affect the current score though.

If you wish more permanent changes. See:
See:

especially:
"Note: You can also define a preferred style for scores and parts in the Score section of MuseScore's Preferences."

I wasn't able to figure it out--I'm not sure how to create .mss files.

I've been using "text styles", but I have to go each time thru the whole list to change each text that I use to the same font. I was hoping there might be a way to change all texts to one font with just one click.
