You can create a custom time signature of 9/4 and enter the text as 2 3 4 over 4 4 4. Then split the 9/4 measure where needed. Or you can have 2+3+4 over 4 (which looks a bit neater).

Hmm...
Notice the different denominator in the OP's 2/2 signature.
