20-score limit
I received this message erroneously
“You've reached the daily 20-score limit. You can download 20 more scores in 20 hours 24 minutes.” I hadn’t downloaded anything for weeks, let alone today.

This doesn't answer anything. I also haven't downloaded anything today, not even last week. This is a bug that needs to be solved.

It should help to tell you you are asking for help in the wrong place. This site is musescore.org that only deals with the notation editor program. The people who contribute to this forum can't help with score downloading problems. The people who are more likely to help with that can be found on musescore.com, perhaps here https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/ for example
