delete page number
Hi,
I like to add the header text on page 2, but is there a way not to show the page number? Please let me know. Thank you.

I'm not sure if it will work but if you press delete while highlighting it, shift+delete, or command+delete, it might get rid of it.

Thank you, I have tried it but it won't work. I just notice that I can add the text on the first page and move it to the second page.
Looks like you've resized your dialog to eliminate most of the "Right" section, leaving only "Left" and "Middle". Just widen the dialog back to normal so you can see the whole thing, and you'll see the page number there.

Thank you for the help. I have widened the dialog back to normal but I still didn't see the page number. Is alright now, I will try to add the title on the first page and move it to the second page.

If you've widened it enough to see the full "Right" section, you should see the "$p" for the page number in the "Right" section of odd pages and "Left" section of even pages. That's then what's you need to delete if you don't want page numbers.
Note sure what title has to do with anything, but moving elements from one page to another won't work. It will create a "zombie", a piece of text that keeps showing up on screen but won't print and can't easily be deleted.
If you're still having trouble, please attach your score, and also a new screenshot of the dialog.

oh okay, thank you so much. Sorry, at first I didn't know $p is for the page number. Now, when I delete it the page number is gone. Again, thank you, and appreciate your help.
… or just use the scroll bar to show the rest of the dialog.
