12/8 phrasing

I've exported a 12/8 piece from Logic Pro X. I wasn't too concerned about the notation in Logic, so, for example, a held note that takes up 11 of the 12 eighth notes looks like a whole note tied to other notes. I would rather it appear as a dotted half note tied to a dotted quarter tied to a quarter note (with an eighth rest).

Is there a way to change the notation globally to reflect this division of the 12 beats into four beats of 3 eighth beats?
