Wrong Font
When I upload on musecore, I use a specific font. But when the uploading process is over and has been published, the font is different. How can I stop that from happening?

Make sure to use a font that is available on musescore.com. No non-free font is, all Google fonts are, AFAIK.

I use Trojan Pro font. It was a free download font

Not every free font is available on musescore.com.
Free download also doesn't mean free to use and distribute.
But that is a topic to discuss over there, not here.

Even if available on musescore.com - and there is no way they can possibly have all fonts anyone might use - it won't be on the systems of anyone downloading your score. If you are sharing a score, you pretty much need to stick to universally available fonts.
