HELP ME PLEASE_MUSESCORE

I have MuseScore version 3.6.2 on Windows 10 64 Bit, version 21H2. When I open the program, it gets stuck and I can't get in. I tried to reset to factory settings, and previously to enter, and when I save the file and close the program and then reopen it, exactly the same thing happens, it stays stuck and I can never enter. I also tried uninstalling the program, rebooting and reinstalling it and the same thing happens

Any ideas what might be going on and how to fix it?

Hello, I already managed to identify the problem. It turns out that I have a Notebook with Windows 10 and the version that I indicated above. In addition to the notebook, I have 2 external displays connected to the notebook, so I can work with multiple windows. When I open MuseScore, by default it opens on the notebook screen, to make my work easier, I drag the MuseScore work screen to one of my external screens, to be able to see it larger, when I start working and creating music on the external display and save a file and it closes the program, and then reopens it, by default it now opens on the external display and not the notebook one and that's when the program gets stuck. Then I apply the techniques of going back to the MuseScore factory settings and open it again and it opens on the notebook screen, and it works without any problem, I save the file and open it again and it works 100%. Then someone would say "then always work on the notebook screen", but the idea of external screens is to be able to see everything bigger.
PS: Before Windows10 upgraded to version 21H2, I didn't have that problem.

Perhaps in the underlying Qt libraries it uses for displaying itself, yes.

But I've not heard of the program getting "stuck" over an external monitor. What I have heard is MuseScore remembering it was on that monitor, even if it is now not present. As such the reports usually are that MuseScore opens "off-screen" and it seems as if launching it didn't achieve much, but the window is there and can be relocated in a number of ways (see this howto).

Can you further describe how it "gets stuck"? What do you see: does the program open? Do you see the score edit window? Or the start center?
If you see the main window, can you click on a menu item in it? If not, then perhaps another (modal) dialog window (such as the start center) is open, but for some reason hidden underneath it? If the main window is there, what happens if you try to move it (for example with WindowsKey+arrows)?

Thanks for that. It most certainly seems like a bug. My guess is that part of the reason is your external screen is configured "on top" of the main screen, giving it negative coordinates. (For me, my external screen is "to the right" according to windows).
I'm wondering whether that alone is already enough to brick it, or it is the combination of that and the start center being still located on the main (laptop) screen.

I'll have to test out some of those configuration, but that'll likely only happen next week due to other obligations. If you're up for it, you could try reconfiguring your displays in windows so they extend "to the right" of the main screen and no negative coordinates exist in the screen space?
