Slide with Straight Line
Hello Everyone,
I am trying to update a really old piece of music in MuseScore 4, but am unsure how this particular symbol should be represented. It looks like a slide with a straight line under it. According to the method book, it is a slide that indicates the final note should not be struck again. Attached a picture of the notation.

Look in the Arpeggios and glissandi pallet - you will find a straight glissando with the word gliss. on it. Use that but in the inspector delete the text.

Combining the glissando and slur together worked well, looks just about spot on. Thanks for your help.

The gliss line also gives a smooth (portamento) transition between the notes. If you just want the line but not the portamento you could use a Note anchored line from the Add menu.
