Clef change midmeasure not going to the individual instrument part
Hello, my apologies if this is not where this goes, or this problem has already been solved. I haven't really posted anything on the forums and I usually don't browse them, along with me being a musescore noob compared to some of you.
I've noticed that midmeasure clef changes don't occur on the individual instrument part. For example, I am currently composing for contrabass and I notice a clef change to treble doesn't occur on the contrabass part, which will cause confusion when this score is played. Is there a way to fix this? (I have tried changing the part only, and it ends up changing the whole score.) I was thinking of just making a new score and making that the "part" instead of using the parts system on the whole score.

Have you tested this using a current build of MuseScore 4? If it's still the case there, please report this on GitHub as requested in the announcement (which is also where you'll find instructions on installing the beta if you haven't already). And be sure to attach your score there when you do (you'll need to ZIP it first).

That fixed it! Thanks! I didn't know there was a MuseScore 4 but it looks very sleek and almost all my problems before are gone :)

To be clear - there is not a MuseScore 4 yet - just experimental pre-release builds for testing purposes. If you'd like to help test, by all means, more hands are always welcome. Just keep in mind, it's not necessarily ready for "real work", and please be sure to report any problems on GitHub.
