Repeat not working in Musescore 4
I have a song with a simple drum track that is repeated a lot. It works fine on Musescore 3 with the "./." repeat sign (I know that's not quite how it looks) but it isn't working on Musescore 4. Tried repeating a simple 4 note bar on a blank sheet, still doesn't work. I'm on Windows 11. Is this a bug?

Remember, there is no MuseScore 4 yet - just experimental pre-release builds for testing. And yes, this was a known issue in some of the old pre-release builds. It should be working in current nightly builds however. So, it's probably best to grab a current nightly for further tests - bugs are being fixed every day, so the beta and alpha builds are long out of date by now.

Thanks Marc, but I need a little more help please. I downloaded Muse-Score-Nightly-latest-x86_64 which is a 7Z file and double clicked it, but Windows (like me) doesn't know what to do with it. It doesn't seem to be an executable.

You need the free 7-Zip program to extract the files. Then go to the "bin" folder and double-click the EXE file for MuseScore to run it.

Just to confirm, I have followed Marc's advice and installed the latest nightly update. The Repeat function is now working correctly. Chris
