keyboard shortcuts for turns of the actual chord.

Say I stand on a chord:
ceg and I want a egc' up or Gce down, so I would appreciate a function and shortcuts for shifting a chord or a row of chords up or down by its turns.
It is very simple take the lowest, resp. uppermost note and move it an octave up, resp. down.
Useful as with atypical chords, as well as with intervals:
C E F# A --> E F# A c
F# d <-- d f# --> f# d' - thirds into sixths

Picking individual notes is tiresome... :-)
