How to go back to add to credits such as composers, sub-titles, translators

After completing a score I realize that I did not properly credit the producer of the musical arrangement. I was not successful when I tried to get back to the page where you enter information about the music such as

TITLE
SUB-TITLE
COMPOSER OF MUSIC
COMPOSER OF LYRICS
TRANSLATOR

Is there any way to get back to that page and add credits?
