Bagpipe music pdf loses notes
I created a composition for bagpipes (see attached) but after I upload it, all of the movements/embellishments (smaller notes) disappear from the pdf. Anyone have ideas how I can correct this?

I don't see anything missing in that PDF

The pdf is fine but when I upload it to musescore all the embellishments go away.

Transporting sheet music from one program to another via PDF is the worst of all possibilities.
Can't CelticPipes do XML (MUSICXML) or MIDI export? Otherwise, the only option is to manually rework the score in Musescore.

PDF was an option so that's what I did, but obviously it didn't work. I did try the midi but it took too long and never uploaded. I may have to enter it into the Musescore but that's a major bummer.

So the score is needed, as that is what you upload
That PDF has not been created via MuseScore's File > Export

PDF was an option but apparently Musescore doesn't like the way bagpipe music is written.
Ooh, you're talking about the experimental PDF importer (a default configured and slightly outdated Audiveris version) offered as a service on musescore.com
Yeah, I'm not surprised that it's OMR isn't very grace note friendly, moreover not so because of the barline mismatches in your example.
For such basic notation, it'll be likely faster to just input directly into the notation software than correcting whatever comes out of that OMR. Some other OMRs might give you better results and likely also a different price tag.

Is that the paid subscription version-to write the music in their program?

The MuseScore notation software has no paid version, it is 100% free. The subscription of the score sharing platform musescore.com only has to do with features on that platform. It has no bearing on the software itself.

ok-I found the download, opened, and found "bagpipe." But it is not clear where the movements/embellishments are in the program. This is a very frustrated endeavor.

The bagpipe embellishments have their own palette built-in, but it is hidden by default. Press the "Add palettes" button at the top of that area and click on the Add/+ button for the bagpipe embellishments one.

I did find them thanks to you, so thank you. Now the issue is the playback doesn't really recognize the embellishments. It zooms past them too quickly. The Musescore system is a nice idea, but it is not meant for bagpipes and makes the score very different then what is intended. Even listening to the Musescore music creator vs Celtic Pipes there are huge sounding differences. I really wanted to use Musescore as I've gotten some cool music off of it; I wanted to contribute (not just take), but that isn't possible at this time.
