Musesound update

Today my musehub shown some update to the sounds (and audacity too) but after clicking update the app froze, I force quitted the app and now it does not shows the update anymore.
It does not update anything, I can see it because all the library files were created 15th December, and also audacity is older version if I open it, the only way is now to delete and reinstall all. But how can I see which version of that sound I have in my computer and which is the last one?
