In 4.0, cannot change note value from numeric Keypad.

In 4.0, the note value can be changed by typing the numbers on the top row of the keyboard but the numbers on the numeric keypad (with Numlock on) do not change the value. For people who enter a lot of music typing the note names with the left hand A-G and the values with the right hand on the keypad, this makes the new version useless.
