"Jazz Tone" Sustain Issue
Hey All- question for you
I like using the "Jazz Tone" when writing music with Guitar, I think it's the nicest sounding default tone for guitar. I never had any issues with it in MSC3, but in 4 when I use the new "Jazz Tone" option, it also activates a sustain. All notes, regardless of length, seem to have an infinite sustain when the tone is used, and I'm not sure how to fix this.

Same problem here. It really sounds very good, but infinite sustain, which I don't know how to switch off and it is a big issue. I know, I am not helpful, just giving feedback and hopefully the developers will notice us :D

I'm having that issue w/ being able to make it work w/ Arpeggios.
I was having this issue too and with some trial and error I found a solution:
Adding the "arco" text at the start of the stave removes the sustain. However, I found I had to rewrite the staff to apply it to each note. Adding "arco" before writing the staff applies it to every subsequent note input.
