Fermata: in the palette Breaths & pauses
Glissando: in the palette Arpeggios & glissandi
To change the fermata's time stretch:
- select the fremata
- then Properties > Playback tab > Fermatas > Time stretch

Im not allowed to change the single note.

You gotta select the note or fermata first.
