Staff Spacing Issue
Staff spacing is not working in properties under layout, {Musescore 4). I drag the icon to the measure and when I release the mouse it disappears.

I can reproduce with your score (and system and page break don't seem to work there either), but not from scratch though
Ok, found it:
All these do get added, but are (set to) invislble
Go to View > Show > Show formatting (or something like this, I'm using German settings)
