- Create a vocal score
- Add notes to bar
- Add a slur between the first two notes
- Add a Guitar chord above the first beat (or second beat in some cases).

Should be fixed in the nighly builds for the master branch (so will be in 4.1.0), not (yet) though in 4.0.2
I have the same issue, however, it is with piano chords.
Chord symbols are chord symbols, same for Guitar and Piano
Sticking (for drums) is affected too
Try the latest nightly build from master
Curiously, the problem does NOT occur in the key of E major.
