Unable to publish a score in Public status
Hi,
I have a Pro account and use MS4.
For several days, I can't publish my scores by making them public.
In the download window, step 2 does not offer any choice, so the score can only be published in private mode.
Am I the only one with this problem?
Is there a way to fix it?
Thanks for your help,

That's a musescore.com issue, so needs to get brought up there, not here on muescore.org
I have the same problem, cannot find how to fix it anywhere, or anything about it anywhere besides this post, would be nice to have my finished scores be public instead of unlisted

Hello,
Just to conclude my intervention.
I have - obviously - written as indicated to the support address and got this answer:
"The problem has been addressed to our developers.
It will be solved as soon as possible.
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience."
Good day to all
I have exactly the same problem , unable to publish a score, I thought it was just me !
See also https://musescore.org/en/node/344508 for a possible workaround
Same thing happens to me. Opened a support request in musescore.com but they didn't offer anything useful besides the usual "clean-cookies-use-different-browser", etc, that I'd already done before contacting them. I even tried on different computers, and also by creating a new user account and even then the same problem occurred.
There is still no solution but I've managed to find a workaround by logging in through a TOR session, so this might be connected to the IP. If possible try using a different IP (for example logging in with a mobile using a different network than your usual computer). Or use a VPN or use a TOR browser like I did.
Maybe it's something wrong on their reverse proxies or something like that.
I have the same problem, simply "Your score could not be published. Try again later"
Fat lot of good that response is. And yes, I will e-mail support at musescore.com but they have a totally inadequate helpdesk set up.
