Shorter group of notes
I'm trying to render the notation you can see in the lower side of the image as shown in the upper side.
Is there a way to do that with MU4, or should I ask for a new feature?

And here is the handbook article that tells you how to do it https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/tremolo-and-rolls

Did you click on a "between note tremolo"? That is a tremolo in the pallet with no note stem.
The version 3 handbook has a picture of the pallet. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/tremolo. In that picture the first 4 are single note tremolos. The 5th is a buzz roll. The rest are between note tremolos. Probably that picture or similar should be added to the version 4 handbook.

I just found the solution: I used the wrong tremolo.
Now all is fine.
